Introduction

This powerful, user friendly and  straight forward Accounting System is developed and enhanced over the past Twenty Years with contributions from many Customers by way of recommendations and advices. With new windows technology and networking capabilities like Internet and Local Area Network , we are able to expand  basic accounting needs and  integrated with other applications to reduce redundancy  and increase on efficiency in gathering management information.

Main Features

A  Comprehensive  Integrated Multi-User and Multi-Tasking  Accounting  System  for  SMI  developed  using  Industry  standard  language  from  Microsoft  using Virtual  Foxpro  7.0.   Run  on  Windows Operating System 98/2000/NT/ME/XP  and  on  Windows  Server  2003  or  Novell  Server  5.0  & above  or  Windows Workgroup Environment.

Main Modules

Over 23 modules to select from and all modules have uniform and standard Menu presentation to enable Users fast familiarization and speedy implementation. Simple accounting terminology and simple layman term enable most   accounting staff to easily understand. The Concept of "You  Learn One, You  learn All" can be applied here.

The four ( 4 )  Main Modules that formed the Core of this System are  :

  Account  Receivables,   Account Payables,   General Ledger,    Stock.

Sub- Modules

The rest of the Modules are Document Preparation Modules Inter-Link with the above Main Modules and with special duplicating Icons enable Inter-Document Duplication.

Minimum Hardware & Software Requirement

The minimum hardware requirement is Pentium III with 128 MB Memory and preferably a 17" CRT Monitor or 15" LCD Monitor.

The minimum software requirement is Windows 98 SE or higher.
